Function: auditChainKey()

> auditChainKey(tenantId): string

The durable chain identifier a store indexes (chain, seq) on. Never NULL — SQL unique indexes treat NULLs as distinct, so the system chain needs a real key to be protected against forks. The t: prefix keeps any tenant id from colliding with AUDIT_SYSTEM_CHAIN.
