The scopes the connection was actually granted, as stored on it.
Present because the Microsoft identity platform wants a refresh request's scope to be a subset of the original grant's, and an adapter that has to guess can only guess its own defaults. A connection that consented to Sites.Read.All would then be refreshed down to Files.Read: it keeps working until the next call that needs the wider scope, which fails as a permissions problem a long way from the cause. Dropbox and Google ignore it.
