deliveryId?

Delivery id put in the signed body (id) and x-basalt-delivery. Pass a stable one (see deriveDeliveryId) when the same logical delivery may be re-sent later, so the receiver can dedupe. Default: a fresh UUID (stable across this call's own retries only).
