The transaction the entry must be written in (e.g. the Prisma interactive transaction client, or the DatabaseSync running BEGIN … COMMIT). When the transaction rolls back the entry disappears with the state change — the whole point of the transactional outbox. Its type is store-specific; a store without transactions (the in-memory one) ignores it.
