Largest lifetime a temporary URL may be minted with unless a disk sets maxTemporaryUrlTtl: 7 days, the ceiling S3 and GCS V4 signatures enforce natively. A signed URL is a bearer credential that survives the holder's removal from the tenant, so it must not be near-permanent.
