Function: auditKeyId()

The default id of a key: k- + the first 64 bits of HMAC-SHA256(key, "basalt:audit:key-id"). Deterministic, so every replica configured with the same key records the same id without being told one, and one-way, so the id reveals nothing usable about the key.
