Type Alias: DomainReverifyStatus

> DomainReverifyStatus = "valid" | "revoked" | "dns-error" | "unverified" | "changed"

Defined in: tenancy/src/custom-domains.ts:255

Outcome of re-checking one domain's TXT record (CustomDomains.reverify):

  • valid — verified and its record still resolves; unchanged.
  • revoked — verified, but the record is definitively gone (no such name, no TXT, or no matching value); now unverified, so it stops resolving.
  • dns-error — the lookup failed for another reason (timeout, SERVFAIL…); unchanged, so a DNS outage never un-verifies every domain at once.
  • unverified — the claim is not verified; nothing to re-check.
  • changed — the record changed hands while DNS was being checked; left alone.
