Class: RawQueryInTenantContextError

Raw SQL/command methods ($queryRaw, $executeRaw, …) bypass the model-level tenant scoping entirely, so running one INSIDE a tenant context would read or mutate every tenant's rows. This is thrown to fail closed on that path.
