Google's ceiling for a one-request upload.

Both uploadType=media and uploadType=multipart stop here; anything larger needs the three-call resumable protocol (uploadType=resumable), which has its own session URI, its own 308-based resumability and its own failure modes. Not implemented, and refused up front rather than after the bytes have been sent — the same choice the Dropbox adapter makes at 150 MB.
