What the engine knows about a verified notification, handed to a candidate resolver so an app can fetch exactly the connections it might concern.

Everything in it was authenticated by the adapter — an HMAC over the raw body for Dropbox, a secret we generated for Graph and Google. Nothing here is a value the caller merely asserted.
