A filename, made safe for a Graph path.

Graph refuses " * : < > ? / \ |, leading or trailing whitespace, and names starting with ~$. Refused rather than escaped: a name is a name, and a separator inside one is either a bug or an attempt to write outside the folder the upload was scoped to.
