Interface: MemberUserSource

A read-only directory of user accounts, used to attach contact details to a team's memberships. @basaltkit/auth's UserSource satisfies it as it stands, so the wiring is just teamsPlugin({ users: yourUserSource }).

Implement findByIds for the batched fast path — one query per chunk of ids. Without it Teams falls back to one findById per member: correct, but N round trips.
