integrity?

'hash-chain' links every entry to the previous one of its tenant's chain (seq, prevHash, hash) so Audit.verify can detect edited, deleted, reordered or forged rows. Needs a store with the chain methods (memory, @basaltkit/audit-sqlite, @basaltkit/audit-prisma). Default 'none'.

requestContext?

Record the client ip / userAgent of the originating request. true reads ctx().client (set by the plugin's HTTP enricher); a function resolves them itself. Default off — an IP address is personal data: pair it with createPiiMinimizingRedactor to store a pseudonym instead.
