Mutable fields. Spelled out rather than Partial<> so it can state the rule a durable store needs: a key present with undefined clears the column, an absent key leaves it alone — the same contract @basaltkit/files' FilePatch documents, and the only way to express "drop the cursor" under exactOptionalPropertyTypes.
