Interface: GuardedRequestInit

Defined in: drives/src/fetch.ts:55

Properties

body?

> optional body?: string | Buffer<ArrayBufferLike> | Readable

Defined in: drives/src/fetch.ts:68

Request body.

A Readable is streamed straight onto the socket and never buffered. Phase 1 allowed only string | Buffer, which made DriveProvider.upload unimplementable without holding a whole file in memory — Dropbox's single-shot files/upload takes up to 150 MB. A streamed body is not replayable, so a redirect destroys it instead of silently re-sending nothing; the content endpoints these adapters post to do not redirect.

deadlineMs?

> optional deadlineMs?: number

Defined in: drives/src/fetch.ts:78

Overrides the default whole-exchange deadline for this call. See DriveFetchOptions.deadlineMs.

headers?

> optional headers?: Record<string, string>

Defined in: drives/src/fetch.ts:57

maxBytes?

> optional maxBytes?: number

Defined in: drives/src/fetch.ts:74

Overrides the default byte cap for this call. Metadata calls want a small cap; a download wants the import cap.

method?

> optional method?: string

Defined in: drives/src/fetch.ts:56

signal?

> optional signal?: AbortSignal

Defined in: drives/src/fetch.ts:69

timeoutMs?

> optional timeoutMs?: number

Defined in: drives/src/fetch.ts:76

Overrides the default timeout for this call.
