Tagged template that escapes every interpolation (arrays are rendered item-by-item, null/undefined render empty, SafeHtml from a nested html\`or [raw](raw.md) passes through). Returns a [SafeHtml](../classes/SafeHtml.md) that stringifies into a mail definition'shtml` field.
