Function: isPortAllowed()

> isPortAllowed(port, allowedPorts?): boolean

The port policy. With allowedPorts an array, exactly those ports are allowed; 'any' allows every port. By default: 80 and 443, plus any port from 1024 up that is not in DEFAULT_BLOCKED_PORTS — privileged ports other than HTTP(S) (22, 25, 110, 389, 445, …) belong to system services, never to a webhook receiver.
