Interface: ValidatedTarget

The outcome of resolving and validating a delivery URL: the parsed URL, every address it was found to resolve to (all already checked), and the single address the connection MUST be pinned to. pinned is null only when pinning is intentionally skipped (allowPrivateHosts).
